To deepen direct engagement with moms and girls, Mattel launched the "Barbie is Moving" Tour complete with pink moving trucks which made stops at 42 retail and amusement locations, in line with consumer product and PR efforts promoting that Barbie was selling her Dreamhouse®.
An innovative and immersive brand experience attracting more than 30,000 fans.
The 3,500+ square foot activation opened doors to Barbie’s uber-fabulous world where girls and parents could visit a Mega Bloks® Barbie™ construction play area, a Barbie Fashion Plate station to customize their own Barbie fashion, and a fashion runway activity complete with photo op and glamorous dress-up accessories. The runway photos were delivered instantly to participants via text or email for sharing on social media.
