To introduce a new generation to the relaunched Polly Pocket brand, Mattel brought Polly’s pocket-sized world to life through the Tiny is Mighty Tour. The tour visited eight, family-focused shopping centers for consecutive weekend events occurring on both Saturdays and Sundays in each market.
The eight-week tour garnered over 72MM media impressions and 12K unique visitors to the tour website.
The five-hour events invited guests of all ages to unlock the big adventures of Polly’s world through imagination and hands-on activities. The immersive experience was the visual focal point for each shopping center with a giant-sized Cupcake Compact Karaoke Stage photo op and Polly’s Adventure Course, complete with a flamingo slide! Kids also had the chance to play with the newly released toys at Polly’s Free Play Zone and take home a keepsake from the Maker Activity Area.
Product sales were boosted by a strategic drive-to retail partnership with Justice girls retailer, including signage, messaging throughout the event and unique giveaways with purchase.
